Straight answers
As permanent as the web currently allows. Your capsule's files are stored on Arweave, a storage network paid for once, up front, and designed to keep data retrievable for a very long time. The files sit behind a content-addressed manifest, so the same bytes come back every time the page is opened. Nothing in the universe is literally eternal — but this is deliberately built to outlive the average website, account, or hosting bill.
The Solana asset records ownership of the collectible: the permanent website, its artwork, and a pointer to its Arweave manifest. Owning it means you can show it, transfer it, and prove the link between you and the capsule. Be clear-eyed about it — this is a novelty digital collectible, not an investment.
Not normally — and that is the point. An approved permanent upload cannot be edited or deleted afterwards. If you want a different page, you create a new capsule. That is exactly why the preview step exists: nothing becomes permanent until you approve what you see.
To describe and preview a page: no. To receive and hold the NFT: yes, a Solana wallet. The wallet only matters at the final collect step — the whole description and preview flow happens before you ever touch one.
Arweave holds the files — the exact HTML, styling, script and image behind a content-addressed manifest. Solana holds the ownership — a Core asset that identifies the current owner and points to the permanent metadata. Two layers, one collectible.
